Pre and Postnatal Pilates

We’d love to have you move with us. We offer inclusion of prenatal clients in our Reformer and Vicalates+ classes, whilst also offering specialised postpartum programs and classes.
Starting from $45/class
Mummas and Minis classes are eligible to be booked on all memberships and class packages.
Private Pilates
Whether returning from injury, perinatal or just wanting some one on one personalised care, we offer a robust private Pilates practice both in studio and virtually working across all the apparatus.
