The ultimate core activation and core class. Do it as much as you can for rock hard abs and an enhanced class experience.

Just as Joe intended - a curated selection of classical exercises that create a layered and intense full body workout. Perfect if you want o amplify your technique and build strength simultaneously. We start with core, lift up into our Teaser and then side kick all day long.

Using the magic shape of figure four we work legs and abs - on the floor. Funky sequences and a stretch while you’re at it.

Pilates power with impact. Under twenty minutes, no equipment needed.

Tried and true but we've made them brand new.

RIP - It's a plank challenge! Nine minutes of front support and ab power. We build it up and then bring it all the way back down. Perfect as a finisher or a rapid way to ground into your planks.

Side planking for seventeen minutes? You got it! We play with variations targeting glutes, triceps, mobility and stability. This is designed to challenge you and test your side support limits.

 

Glutes, Legs and Power

Shakes, burns and holds. Alignment focused workouts that power you from the ground up.

 
 

Thirteen minutes of glutes, hamstrings, calves and core that you can do entirely on your back. Think heel lifts, holds and funky single leg work.

En Pointe focuses on alignment, pulses and building into your Pilates V/Turnout technique. Targeted glutes and inner thighs along with a nice bit of balance. Shakes guaranteed.

Side Lying glute work that activates and powers. We focus on your side lying alignment and then get that hip working in every which way. Can be done on it’s own or with Bala Bangles on the ankles.

A truly comprehensive lower body flow that is strong and lyrical.

A powerful lunge sequence with a strong focus on alignment and control. Little moves with big impact. Option here to add Bala Bangles but it’s incredibly powerful on it’s own also.

Spicy Single Leg - your butt will be on fire after this, a great class for glute activation and for building functional technique.
